Configure the paths for the project.

The paths needed for future includes to work are estalblished here. This file is normally only directly included by the include_others.inc file. The CompInaBox_config.inc included from here sets up a few more derived paths and general configutation options. However, simplicity in coding required this paths to be pulled out and at the same directory as the master include file.
