Generate "Fancy" Lists for the Head Table

This is a command-line script for generating lists It expectes at least two commandline arguments

• a CompUnix name
• an email address to mail to

It generates LaTeX documents that need to be run through latex or pdflatex. Each document is currently mailed under seperate cover. The lists that it can generate:

• list of all competitors
• list of all competitors per event
• list of all competitors eligible for "overall" awards
• list of schools w/ used abbreviations
